Arrival & Logistics

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, allowing us time to ensure the estate is pristine for your arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on your day of departure. If you require an earlier arrival or later departure, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you.

Noblethorpe Hall is accessed via a private, gated driveway. We offer secure, complimentary on-site parking for up to 15 vehicles, including dedicated EV charging points for your convenience.

The estate is highly accessible. Barnsley Railway Station is just a 15-minute drive away, providing excellent mainline connections. For international or domestic flights, Leeds Bradford Airport is approximately 45 minutes away, and Manchester Airport is just under an hour. We are more than happy to recommend trusted local private transfer services.

While Noblethorpe Hall is a historic property, we strive to be as accessible as possible. We have ground-floor reception rooms and facilities. Please contact us directly before booking so we can discuss your specific requirements and ensure the estate is a perfect fit for every member of your party.

Estate Policies & Rules

To secure your dates, we require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. If you need to cancel, deposits are fully refundable up to 90 days before your stay. This guarantees peace of mind when organizing large group gatherings.

Noblethorpe Hall sleeps up to 18 guests. We warmly welcome intimate celebrations, dinner parties, and family gatherings during your stay. If you plan to invite additional day guests who are not staying overnight, please discuss this with us in advance so we can ensure the estate facilities can comfortably accommodate your plans.

Yes, we welcome up to two well-behaved dogs to join your countryside escape. With 50 acres to explore, it’s a wonderful place for them. We kindly ask that dogs remain on the ground floor, are kept off the furniture, and are not left unattended in the property.

Absolutely. Our state-of-the-art kitchen is designed for grand catering. Whether you want a fully catered weekend or a private chef for a special celebratory dinner, we can provide a curated list of approved, exceptional local chefs who are highly familiar with the Noblethorpe Hall kitchens.

We provide a true luxury hotel experience. All beds are made up with premium, high-thread-count linens, and fluffy towels and luxury toiletries are provided in every en-suite. The kitchen is stocked with cleaning essentials, and we provide a complimentary starter basket of logs and kindling for the open fires.

The hall benefits from a comprehensive, modern central heating system that keeps every room exceptionally warm and comfortable, alongside beautiful traditional open log fires in the main reception rooms for that perfect, cozy countryside atmosphere.
